Greg Varveris wrote a great plug-in for Windows Live Writer, which enables insertion of current mood (typical of blog engines like LiveJournal). The plug-in is packaged with only one mood - happy, but more can be added by editing the MoodMap.xml file at c:\program files\windows live writer\plugins.
