A few weeks ago we went to a friend's house for dinner, where Simon
fell in love with a fire truck, belonging to our friend's children.
Simon loved the on board buttons, which when pressed, would make siren
and "call 911" voice sounds. When it was time to leave we had to drag
him away without the toy.
This weekend Lisa managed to find a firetruck with similar buttons and
sounds at a garage sale. After cleaning it up we let Simon out to play
with his new toy - he loved it. He especially liked riding his new fire
truck into walls whilst pressing the siren button - oh my god, what
have we done?
