Dining Room & Living Room Nearly Empty

I finally got the living room and dining room to an almost empty state. The hardwood floor contractors are coming next Tuesday. I have plans at the weekend and so have to get both rooms empty before the weekend starts. My friend Liz is coming over to assist me in moving the remaining furniture (the heavy stuff) to the garage.

Here's a couple of pictures... take a good look at the naff pink carpet, next week it'll be replaced with nice red oak.

The dining room, no booze on the bar in the corner Sad

Living room - who stole all the books?

What I haven't mentioned is that the contents of both rooms are now littered over the rest of the house. I have no free sideboards in the kitchen and the kitchen table is full too. The family room is full of dining room furniture, tables, chairs and pictures. No worries, I made sure there was room for me to get to the computer, MCE and TV. Smiley

Looks like the day we moved in.
