DreamScene, DeskScape and Vista

Check out this video of my Vista desktop.  DreamScene on Windows Vista Ultimate Extras allows users to play full motion video as background wallpaper, but Stardock DeskScape goes one step further, as an addition to DreamScene, by allowing users to set "Dreams" as their wallpaper.

Does anyone know if a Mac can do this?

Yes it can. The first time I saw animated desktop on a mac was in 2001 when XP around the time XP was launched. It may have been had it long before that though.
