Microsoft File Transfer is slow!

Fed up with waiting 2 hours to download that CD image from your MSDN subscription, at home because you left it the CD at the office?  Think 25kbps throughput is appalling when you have a high speed cable/FIOS line (15mbps perhaps)?

Check out this fix, it actually works, I'm now getting about 800kbps and a full CD image took about 10 mins to download.
